Based in Cwmbran, South Wales we offer a local delivery service (for a small fee) or you can collect your order from us at a pre-arranged time.
Due to the delicate nature of our products we are unable to deliver by post at this stage.

If you are looking for a unique gift, our vanilla cupcakes are topped with realistic hand-piped flowers and are available in boxes of 6 or 12. If you have a preferred colour palette please let us know on booking and we will do our best to accommodate your preference in your cupcake box.

Our celebration cakes come in three sizes - 6 inch, 8 inch and 10 inch. A fresh three layer vanilla sponge, sandwiched together with delectable buttercream and strawberry jam (optional). Covered in our unique buttercream your cake can be fully- topped or half-topped with a fabulous array of hand-piped buttercream flowers in your preferred colour scheme.

Orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability. Orders are only confirmed once a payment has been received.
Full payment is required on booking where the delivery date is less than three calendar months from the date of ordering. Bookings for dates more than three months from the date of ordering will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the delivery/collection date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. In the unlikely event that Sugar Plum Cakes Ltd needs to cancel a full refund will be given.
Changes to orders should be notified as soon as possible and are not always guaranteed. No changes will be accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery date.
It is the clients responsibility to notify Sugar Plum Cakes Ltd of any bespoke requirements relating to their order. Each order for cupcake boxes and bouquets will include a variety of designs – we regret that for our general pricing structure we cannot meet requirements for specific contents / flower types. Clients are welcome to suggest a colour palette for a chosen order and we will do our best to meet the requirements although this is not guaranteed. Where bespoke requirements for specific flowers inclusions can be met, a surcharge will apply. Due to the hand-made nature of our products, variations to both design and colours will occur meaning no two cupcakes are necessarily identical. Inspiration photos provided will therefore be treated as a guide only.
Collection times will be agreed in advance and adhered to. Delivery is available to local areas for an additional charge (Please see above for postcode areas). Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the client.
All products are prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles allergens including (but not limited to) eggs, nuts, gluten and dairy. Regrettably, whilst care is taken during the preparation process, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. It is the responsibility of the client to notify us of any allergies at the time of placing an order.
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In certain circumstances, products may require refrigeration and this will be advised at the point of collection or delivery.
In the event of our products containing non-edible items, this will be advised at the point of collection or delivery . in these circumstances , it is the clients responsibility to remove these before serving.
