The proprietor, Shannon Hayes is a formally trained chef and Honors Graduate of Johnson & Wales University of Charleston, SC in Culinary Arts.
Although Shannon has worked in a wide variety of kitchens during her professional career, she found herself drawn to
the "sweet side." She now specializes in exquisitely decorated and designed
wedding cakes, birthday cakes, groom's cakes, and other special occasion
cakes.
